What is the return policy?
We strongly believe in making our online shopping experience as seamless as we can, that’s why we offer hassle-free returns. Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days. Should you not be fully satisfied by the fit or style, we will gladly offer an exchange free of charge. Please review our return policy for more details.
What are the shipping options?
We exclusively use tracked shipping services. We offer free international shipping on all orders above $200. Furthermore, we also offer a selection of shipping services from reputable carriers. Please review our shipping policy for more details.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
We are not in control of the taxes and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
When will I receive my order?
The time it takes from dispatch depends on your selected shipping option. For free shipping, this typically takes 5-7 business days.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us at hello@luluyasmine.com so that we may immediately find out where your order is and get it to you promptly.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
In any case feel free to contact us at hello@luluyasmine.com, if the order hasn’t yet been dispatched we will make the necessary changes according to availability.
If the order has been dispatched then no changes may be made, however we do accept a return via our return policy.
Where are you located?
We have physical stores in Bali, Indonesia, and fulfill our online orders from our warehouse in Bali.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Each Lulu Yasmine product is handcrafted by our team of expert Balinese artisans, inspired by our travels the materials come from responsibly sourced natural and synthetic textile manufacturers across Asia. The environment is at the heart of all our products.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Please refer to our detailed size guide that details our simplified sizing choices so that you know what the right fit for you is. Please note that the model size is depicted for your reference in every item. Should you find the fit isn’t quite right when receiving your product, we offer free exchanges for another size within our returns policy.
