RETURNS
We at Lulu Yasmine strongly believe that every customer should be able to feel and try on our clothes. This is why we offer no-hassle returns.
Items may be returned within 14 days (International shipping address) / 5 days (Indonesia shipping address) of receipt for any reason by emailing us at hello@luluyasmine.com for store credit only. The cost of returning the package to Lulu Yasmine, other than faulty items, as well as the original shipping charges and any import taxes that are incurred on the package, are all your responsibility. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
Return shipping is free in Indonesia. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer free international returns.
Should the received item show any defects, please reach out to us at hello@luluyasmine.com, along with any relevant images.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days (International shipping address) / 5 days (Indonesia shipping address), unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have had their original tags removed or refitted will be refused.
Kindly do not send any items until your return inquiry has been accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Should we find that the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will issue store credit or returning the item to you at your cost.
Should the item be returned due to errors on our service or defects, we will refund or exchange the item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the defective item must be returned as per our eligibility criteria, and we do not offer refunds on change of mind items.
SALE ITEMS
Clearance sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES
To give you additional flexibility and keep things simple, we treat returns and exchanges as one and the same, you will be issued store credit equal to the cost of your item, you may then use this towards a repurchase of your choice.
SHIPPING
You are entirely responsible for the expense of returning the package to Lulu Yasmine, as well as the original shipping fees and any import taxes incurred. This amount will be deducted from your available store credit.
Shipping costs both international and domestic will be covered by Lulu Yasmine, should you receive any defective items.
If you are shipping an item over 750,000 IDR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
