We at Lulu Yasmine believe in making online shopping as seamless as possible. That is why our shipping policy is designed to make sure there are no surprises in your experience. We offer free shipping for any order within Indonesia and free international shipping for any orders above 5,500,000 IDR. 

Due to Russia's current Customs Authority Restrictions, we are unable to send orders to Russia.

SHIPPING RATES

We exclusively use tracked shipping services. Shipping is free to any region of Indonesia. We also offer free international shipping on all orders above 5,500,000 IDR.

We also offer a selection of shipping services from reputable carriers.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should we foresee a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes as per DDU shipping policy.

DAMAGES
Lulu Yasmine is not liable for any damaged or lost shipments. On delivery, you should carefully inspect the package and refuse it if it shows any signs of damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
